SCHEDULING

Deposit

In order to reserve the date and time for you, I collect a 50% deposit. This is so I can start working on the design & stencil. This deposit will go toward your total tattoo cost and will be subtracted from your total balance due on the day of your appointment. Delaying the payment of the deposit may delay the work on your custom design and availability.

Cancellation Policy

The 50% deposit collected to book your appointment is non-refundable. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice before cancellation, the full deposit will be forfeited for lost time, regardless of the reason. If you need to reschedule, reach out more than 24 hours in advance and I’m happy to find a new time.

Other Circumstances: I understand life happens, work schedules and emergencies are not in our control. Based on each situation, we can talk about moving your deposit to a new date.

A few things to consider before your appointment:

  • Drink a lot of water to stay hydrated before and after your appointment

  • Keep your skin moisturized as much as possible the days leading up to your tattoo appointment but DISCONTINUE use of all moisturizers or products on the area to be tattooed 24 hours prior to your appointment. It is important that the dermis be free of any lubricants or other products that may obstruct proper ink retention during healing.

  • Do not take any aspirin, blood thinners or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs at least 24 hours prior to your appointment

  • Avoid excessive alcohol consumption at least 24 hours before your appointment

  • Make sure to get a good night’s sleep the night prior and eat a healthy meal before coming to your appointment. Your pain tolerance will be greatly reduced if either one of these is compromised.

  • If possible, shower before coming to your appointment to remove any excess dirt or bacteria from skin

  • Bring a valid government issued photo ID

  • Cash payment preferred
